No two companies share the same organizational structure, nor is there some magic formula that can instantly forge a successful team or gel an exciting project. However, we have discovered that there is a basic principle that can help a business move forward in harmony and that is to truly engage all the different participants in the endeavour. Genuinely valuing the professional skills and diversity of each member of the team and fitting them into the slots where they can do their best is a daily challenge for leaders.
We have started the first month of this new year bringing to fruition a project we started in the last quarter of 2019. This is a great moment to recognize the indispensable nature of each member of the team working with us and to thank them for all they have done as part of it.
